Sgt. writes an IR on a officer for lighting a cigarette in admin, but the same Sgt smokes all day long 3 feet from a sign that reads,

No Smoking Withing 20 Feet From This Building / Sign. Report Any Violation To A Supervisor. (funny is it not?)

Well if you work this unit you can see all admin staff and supervisors violate this rule all day long. (go check yourself ) and see them hooked on their smoke.

But the same supervisors that see countless amounts of breakfast trays / sack lunches / onions / pankackes / milk / contraband that come out of the chow hall have never written an I.R. requesting to improve these traps.

So when you read this (Supervisors) don't address the smoking issuse , cause nobody cares. Address the traps in the chow hall and what comes in and out of them, then fix the problem.

Just ask the DW how much money has been lost in the kitchen, we know. He said it himself. over 20 thousand bucks.
