I was at Eyman Complex today and saw Glenn Colen and Jim Christy walking with Private Prison Operators from CCA. Showing them around and it was over heard Colen asking when does he start his new job with the private prison. Then he put in for his retirement package from the state.
I am going to quit his union ACA and go back to either AZCOPS or the other one.

Oh really? That's interesting because it was just in the news that CCA had no interest in pursuing concession agreements with DOC. Most other private companies are following suit because they don't want to pay the $100 million dollar up front "fee". I call bullshit on your whole story.
